Why can I choose different AI models, and which should I use?
Older models are faster but may be less accurate, while newer models are slower but more reliable and support more languages. Choose based on whether you want speed or accuracy, and if you’re using languages other than English, newer models are usually better.

Our website offers several OpenAI models across different tools, like Co-Write, MyAI Builder, and MyAI Expert, ranging from versions 3.5 and 4.1 to 5. Each model has different strengths, and the choice depends on your needs:

Older models (fastest, e.g., 3.5):

These models are very fast and can handle queries quickly, which is ideal for short tasks or when speed matters more than accuracy. However, they may sometimes give less reliable or nuanced results.

Middle models (balanced, e.g., 4.1):

These models offer a balance between speed and reliability. They are slightly slower than the fastest models but perform better for multi-language support and moderately complex tasks. They are a good choice if you want faster responses without sacrificing too much accuracy.

Newer models (e.g., 5):

These models are slower but more reliable. They perform better for complex tasks, multi-step reasoning, or when you need more precise responses. They also support more languages accurately, so if you want to use a language other than English, newer models are recommended.

Use-case considerations:
  • Speed vs. quality: If you need quick answers and can tolerate occasional inaccuracies, older models may suffice.
  • Complexity & creativity: For writing, co-authoring, research, or multi-language tasks, newer models provide better performance.

Credits & Usage

Yes. You can upgrade to a higher plan anytime from your dashboard to increase your monthly credit allowance.

The minimum credit charge for most services can be as low as 0.25 credits. This allows you to use advanced features with very small increments, making it cost-effective and flexible.

Credits are used for AI-powered services on our website. Most services are free, but certain advanced features consume credits.

Most services are free. Only certain AI-based features consume credits. Free services are still shown in your Usage menu but do not deduct credits.

Yes. All activity is shown in your Usage menu for reference, but free services do not consume credits.

Go to your dashboard and click on 'Credit Balance' to see how many credits you have left.

Recurring credits come from a subscription plan and refresh each month. One-time credits are purchased separately and expire after 2 years.

You can wait until your credits refresh at the start of your next cycle, or purchase one-time credit packages to continue using AI services.

No. Any unused monthly credits expire at the end of the cycle.

You can buy more credits anytime through the 'Subscription & Credits' section of your dashboard.

Not at the moment. Each account manages its own balance, but we may add gifting options in the future.

Plans & Payments

We accept payments through Stripe, which supports major credit and debit cards.

When you subscribe to a recurring plan, you receive a set amount of credits each month. Your plan automatically renews unless canceled.

Yes. Stripe will automatically process your payment each billing cycle until you cancel your subscription.

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Your payment details are never stored on our servers.

Yes. You can change your plan anytime from the 'Subscription & Credits' section of your dashboard.

Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle. Your current plan remains active until then.

We do not provide refunds for unused credits or time on active subscriptions. However, you can cancel anytime to stop future charges.

AI Services

Only specific advanced tools and features use AI and require credits. The rest of the services remain free.

AI processing has associated costs, including infrastructure and third-party APIs, so credits help cover these expenses.

Most AI requests are processed within a few seconds, but more complex tasks may take longer.

Your AI results are stored temporarily for processing and are not shared with other users.

No. Free services are fully available to everyone. Paid users only gain more credits for AI-based services.
